Continental Summit of Indigenous Peoples and Nationalities of Abya Yala

The header of the call for Continental Summit Indigenous Peoples and Nationalities of Yala Abya of Puno said "Abya Yala trembles with the eruption a political actor was invisible for centuries "and that is precisely the event of Puno, thousands and thousands of indigenous Abya-Yala met to discuss, debate, from 27 to 30 May 2009.
The last words spoken by Tupac Katari said "I will die, but go back millions and millions" were realized in Puno and the previous three Summits Continental united on in Mexico, Ecuador and Guatemala.

For a discussion of the themes were established 14 working groups, these tables were made up of delegates of different nationalities and indigenous peoples Abya-Yala. All tables were scenarios for debate and discussion, made by the Indians themselves, where they showed ability to discuss, analyze and generate proposals and outline to find the sum Qamaña (Jaqaña) Sumaj Kawsay or the Good Life (Living with everyone and yourself in harmony) .

Indigenous Peoples and Nationalities again announced to the world that we have proposed to save mankind from an impending holocaust which leads the neoliberal economic model, to achieve their goals, ruining, destroying the habitat of mankind , pillaging natural resources left and right, alienating transnational corporations without any respect to the sacred Mother Earth.

our science and ancient wisdom is the only way to save humanity, we are not wrong, perhaps, for some of us are dreamers. For them, there is irrefutable evidence of scientific / technological level of the Mayans, Tihuanacotas and many others.
Children of Abya-Yala again broke into the world stage to announce the four winds, with the force that gives us the Holy Pachamama, the only alternative to capitalism is the sum qamaña (Jaqaña) for live well.

participate in this international event, representing the Nation Sura, a large delegation head to our Jiliri Mallku Tata Freddy M. Bernabé to denounce the world, irreversible damage to our Mother Earth, for the purpose of mining pollution. Ayllu the bomb was in this international event Virginio Sandy, Sandy and Jobito Manici Sandy.

Our participation was in several tables, with an emphasis in the commission of "indigenous intellectual property" which was chaired by our brother Andrew Andrango Ecuadorian President Advisory Council of Indigenous Peoples of the Andean Community, also attended by Tata Sunday Arquiri Mallku CONAMAQ Accounts (National Council of Qullasuyu Ayllus and Markas-Bolivia). Today we more convinced that the Indians are the protectors and guardians of indigenous intellectual property, for this we must create an entity for the protection of indigenous intellectual property, consisting of no more indigenous intellectuals and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), which since its inception in 1967 until now has not shown favorable results for indigenous peoples, the reason is very simple, is made by West and West.

The Fourth Summit marks a milestone in the international context, because it was the epicenter of the First Summit of Children, Youth and Indigenous Women of Abya-Yala, from this summit will be children, youth and indigenous women, the makers of their own destiny.
Organizers of the IV Summit had some pitfalls, for the massive turnout at this event, indigenous brothers from all Abya-Yala, which were overcome by the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. At the end of the event representing the Nation Sura Oruro department, Bolivia, return pleased to have contributed a bit to the construction of Qamaña Sum.

Jallalla IV Summit of Puno!!

Suyu Jallalla Sura!!
