ELECTRIFICATION POWER STEP TURTLE AND COLD WATER TO DROP FOR PUCARA GRANDE

Power Case :

On March 6 this year the Prefect of Oruro Mr. Luis A. Aguilar Street opened in Bombo, with drums and rattles dispersed area electrification of the province Pantaleon Dalence. Many native authorities participated in this event, we were excited, thinking that within 250 days, the contract stipulates that the contractor, we would have electricity, but so far nothing.

But the reality is something else, after the lapse of more than 270 days over the period granted to the contractor there is no progress in sub station Bombo. The other successful bidder for the postaja, in these last days is some poles planted in the community of Pucara Grande (see pictures), certainly not to terminate its contract for failure, because it is also in the limit of days to complete their work .
When originating from the ayllu authorities inquire into the distribution Bombo corresponding Oruro prefecture, whenever we find the same song of officials responsible for this project.

Water Case:

Since 6 June, when two people from the Prefecture of Oruro department visited the Community UNASBVI Pucara Grande and took the technical data of water flow, water quality, number of beneficiary families and also pledged to develop a final design project for providing drinking water, but the reality is different, and 6 months after your visit-inspection, to date there is not even a report to his immediate superior. Again

end of November current received another visit-inspection, but this time the Vice Ministry of Water ombudsmen, engineers, and Lucio Veronica Rocha Conde, who were accompanied by technical and Councillors of the Municipality of Huanuni, Mr. Amparo, H. Daniel Quispe, H. Emilio shock and were in turn the magistrate Wilbert Howard, and indigenous authorities: Dion Cerrogrande, Remigio Villca and Virginio Sandy, all of Ayllu Bombo.

Once again trust the Vice Ministry of Water Technical and ask only this time they will honor their word, that of a project feasible for the large Pucara Community and the Community of Villa Kollo, have in the future close to the water supply drinking.

The feasibility of both projects, we still have confidence in state institutions, but it depends on the ombudsmen who lead and serve in these institutions working with indigenous peoples so that they can meet their commitments.
